Inscription in the WSFM
Please fill in the following fields to ensure your inscription for the Forum. We remind you that the formalization of this inscription through payment will be necessary.
The payment of the Forum is a solidarity call to guarantee the economic independence of the WSFM and to create a solidarity fund. Fully understanding the possibilities of the participants, the Organizing Committee of the WSFM 2008 has defined the following quotas for inscription:

For countries of the OCDE:
Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Korea, Denmark, Spain, United States, Finland, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, with the exception of Mexico
    Organization: 95€  (including two delegates)
    Individual participants: 35€

Other countries:
    Organization: 55€ (including two delegates)
    Individual participants: 25€

The transfer of money according to your situation should be done before the 30th of August 2008.
For the logistic organization of the event it is very important that the payments are made as soon as possible.

Please send a copy of the receipt of deposit by fax to (+34) 91 597 23 61, indicating the name of the organization and the full names of your representatives. The receipt can also be sent by email (scanned in JPEG format) to secretaria1@fsmm2008.org

Note: Fees for bank transfers may be significantly higher in some countries; we therefore suggest that individual participants and small organizations join together and make one transfer. A copy of the receipt must be sent immediately to the fax number above. The fax should include the number of registrations along with the names of the individuals and the associations.
