REQUIREMENTS AND CLARIFICATIONS

* Registration of a seminar or workshop does not imply that it will be held on its own. Entities that propose similar activities will be grouped together. The activities are self-managed (organizations that register an activity will cover the costs of running the activity), and jointly coordinated with other organizations. The Organizing Committee will give advance warning to the entities so that they may be in contact with each other to coordinate the activity together.
            * Each organization may register a maximum of two activities
            * They must be in agreement with the Charter of Principles of the WSFM
